Benefits Coordinator

As a ≠≠≠Benefits Coordinator at DLR Group you will be responsible for administering various employee benefits programs for the firm.

Position Summary:

As a Benefits Coordinator you will provide assistance with the administration of the employee benefits, to include orientations, enrollment, qualifying events, and terminations. Process Insurance billing, maintain employee records in ADP and within carrier databases.  You will also be responsible for administration of leave programs, COBRA, and other benefit related procedures.

The successful candidate will:

  • Administer employee benefits programs (health, Vision, Dental, life accident, disability, FSA, HSA and wellness) and maintain information in carrier databases.
  • Track and coordinate Leaves of Absence including FMLA.
  • Administer COBRA.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and requirements.
  • Provide ongoing reporting and support of HR and benefits for the firm.

Required Qualifications:

  • Previous experience providing benefits coordination for a large to mid-size company.
  • Experience with administration related to FMLA.
  • Knowledge of the processes and procedures related to COBRA.
  • Familiarity with benefits administration software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using ADP software for benefits administration.
  • Bachelorís degree in human resources or related field.
