Data Research Metrics Manager

The best integrated design firm in the world has an opening for a Data Research Metrics Manager.

Position Summary

As a member of the Workplace team focused on data and research metrics management, you will be responsible for data mining and collection, management of our survey program, and the development of findings and recommendations reports in support of our evidence-based design approach.

If you are a recent graduate with a strategic mindset and creative problem-solving skills, this might be the position for you. The successful candidate will:

  • Manage collection, input and analysis of project data
  • Develop client surveys and manage data analysis and documentation
  • Support team in development of client deliverables
  • Support the research team and National Workplace Strategist on wide variety of projects

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelorís Degree in Business, Graphics, Research or Statistics
  • Proficiency in R, Power BI, and/or Tableau
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with an attention to detail
  • Ability to work well both independently and with a team
  • Ability to manage and proactively drive multiple assignments
  • Experience managing complex data sets, determining patterns and extracting relevant statistics
  • Graphic page layout and infographic illustration
  • Intermediate and demonstrated ability in the use of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficient use of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with research and strategic planning processes
  • Developing surveys that result in statistically relevant data sets and understanding of survey psychology
  • Experience and interest in design and built environment

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Basic Revit skills for the creation of benchmarking floorplans
