DLR Group's Overland Park studio has an opening for a Project Administrator. We operate within a hybrid work model, supporting flexibility between office time and work from home.

Position Summary

As a Project Administrator at DLR Group you will be responsible for providing project administrative assistance to the project teams. This includes coordination with project managers and teams, specifications, field information, tracking of addenda and maintaining project documentation from pre-design through project closeout.

The successful candidate will:

  • Maintain confidential information as it relates to projects.
  • Assist Project Managers with other aspects of the team and project management.
  • Be flexible and creative in finding solutions to keep projects and teams moving forward.
  • Assist in assembling and coordinating documents for AIA contracts, client meetings, and project correspondence.
  • Assist Project Managers with ad hoc tasks relating to project and team members.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Some administrative experience in the Architectural/Engineering/Construction industry
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Bluebeam, and Newforma software
  • High attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with: Deltek Vantagepoint, AIA Contract Documents, Bluebeam, Newforma, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience providing administrative support on commercial projects
